She had emphysema and asthma.  She had battled with this for a long time and used a carry along oxygen tank.  She was ill and went to the hospital, then was going home and seemed to get worse.  They wanted to put her on a machine and she refused.

MANSFIELD -- Vivian K. Mynhier, 65, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2006, at Morrow County Hospital.
Born May 6, 1940, in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Blair and Juanita Wells Hoffman.
Vivian was an area homemaker most of her life and enjoyed crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles and playing darts.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Carl and Emily Mynhier of Mount Gilead; daughter, Donna Penaso of Lake Mary, Florida; five grandchildren, Tiffany, Freddie, Michael, Adrianne, and Lydia; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Hoffman of Lexington.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Nevada Hoffman.
