FREDERICKTOWN: Steve E. Algire, age 56 of Fredericktown, died early Thursday morning July 28, 2011 at the Ohio State Medical Center East. He was born on August 4, 1954 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio to the late Joe Everett Algire and Marjorie Ann (Wells) Fearn.
Steve was a 1972 graduate of Fredericktown High School. He went on to own his own electrical business, Midstate Electric and later Algire Electric. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local # 688.
Steve is survived by three children, Andrew Algire of Fredericktown, Ashley Algire of Westerville and Blake Algire of Fredericktown; two sisters, Brenda Algire of Mt. Vernon, Kathy Salyers of Grove City; and one half brother, Kyle Algire of Florida.
Friends may call at the New Life Community Church, 9955 State Route 95 Fredericktown, Ohio 43019 on Monday, August 1, 2011 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM and Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM where funeral services will begin at 11:00AM with Pastor Dennis Turner officiating. The burial will follow in Bunker Hill Cemetery.
