Never Married. He was named after (Pres.) Warren G. Harding, and his sister says that his middle initial is based on that and is not an abbreviation for anything. Is a WWII veteran, served in the Army under Gen. Patton. Living in Morrow Co, 1 mile from his brother Harold, at the south end of the farm (on Wirick Road). "He has his own place and does woodworking, making cabinets and wood pieces. He was self employed as a contractor doing repair work on a lot of homes, but is now retired." according to his sister Marjorie.
His sister, Barbara Wells French, and niece, Cynthia Ellen French also have plots with him in Northfork Cem, Waterford, OH.

Warren G. Wells, age 83, of Fredericktown, died at Knox Community Hospital, Wednesday March 31, 2004. He was born in Richland County July 12, 1920, the son of the late Clarence and Edna (Irwin) Wells and had been a lifetime resident of the Fredericktown Johnsville area. Mr. Wells was a graduate of the Johnsville High School class of 1940 and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He had been a self-employed carpenter.
He is survived by five sisters Rebecca (Richard) Cronister, Mary Wells, Barbara French and Ruby Cathers all of Mansfield and Margie Heckler of Galion sister-in-law Mary Lillian Wells of Mount Vernon. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers Harold Wells, Leland Wells, Johnny Wells and Marion Wells.
