Joseph Wells, a bachelor of Jefferson township, aged 46 years, died on Thursday, April 23, leaving an aged mother, one sister, Mrs. E. K. Chalfant of Perryopolis, five brothers, Clyde Wells of Wabash, IN; William Wells, Allegheny Co; Alva, James and Levi. Dr. T. S. Negley conducted the funeral services. Interment in Redstone cemetery.
