Cathy S. Bowman, age 48, of Wooster Rd. Mount Vernon, died September 26, 2002, at the Laurels of Mount Vernon. She was born June 15, 1954, in Mount Vernon the daughter of the late Wilbur and Betty (Hissong) Bowman and had been a Knox County resident for most of her life. She graduated from Fredericktown High School with the class of 1972, was awarded a BA of Education from Kent State University in 1977 and a BA of Business Administration from the Mount Vernon Nazarene College in 1998.
She is survived by her sister Pam Bowman of Mount Vernon. She was preceded in death by her parents and her ex-husband Allen Petersen.
