Aunt Janie Dight died at the home of her brother-in-law, E. N. Graham, last Wednesday after a few weeks' illness, due to old age. She was in her 81st year and had lived alone up until the time of her illness. She was a member of the United Presbyterian church. She was a sister of Isaac Dight, east of town. Funeral was conducted at the Graham home on Friday afternoon by Rev. Patterson, interment following in the Sheakleyville cemetery.
