In 1900 he is listed in Colesville, NY as a farmer (b. Apr 1855, NY) with his wife Olive M. (b. Dec 1848, NY) of 16 yrs and her father David Robinson (b. Jan 1822, NY) who was widowed. They had no children.
In 1903 he lived in Valonia Springs according to the Lunacy Proceedings of Charles J. Wiggins.
In 1910 he is listed as a widowed farmer (48, NY), living with his father-in-law David Robinson (88, NY) also widowed.
Subsequently married Agnes M. (b. 1867, NY) and is listed as a dairy farmer (57, NY) in 1920 with her (52, NY) and their (adopted) children June (16, IL) and Huber (13, OH).
He was elected one of the Justices of the Peace in Colesville in 1921.
In 1930 he (67, NY) is listed as being first married at age 22 and Agnes (64, NY) at age 20. They have only a hired hand living with them.

Odell F. Wiggins of 64 Elm Street, Norwich, died Monday morning. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Lynn Stewart of Norwich; a son, Huber D. of Lansing, Mich.; a brother Cloid B. of Lounsberry, PA; a sister Mrs. Nettie McNeil of Endicott; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
