By 1885 his family had increased to 6 children, and he had moved to Iowa.
He is listed as a farmer (53, OH) married 28 yrs and with 7 of his 9 children living in the 1900 census. In 1910, only 6 of his children survived, but a grandson, Oliver J. Camp (5, OR) was also living with them. Oliver’s father was born in Kansas, mother in Iowa; indicating that he was probably Mary’s child and that she may have died.
