Married Eugentje van Doren (b. 1697) in 1718. He had three sons, Garret, William, and Roelof, who settled in Amwell, Hunterdon Co NJ, plus John and Jacob at Pennsneck, and several daughters. He was the great grandfather of the Rev. Dr. Noah Hunt Schenck of Brooklyn, NY.
