Helen E. Fenton
Mrs. Helen Elizabeth Fenton, 89, widow of Frederick P. Fenton, died Friday morning at the home of her son, Chauncey R. Fenton of Andover, where she had resided for the past six years. She was born in Mansfield, Jan. 14, 1865, a daughter of Ambrose and Sarah (Fenton) Dougherty, and besides her son she leaves two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She was a member of the Woonsocket, R.I. Universalist Churh and past regent of the DAR and past president of the Fortnightly Club there.
Funeral services with be held in Woonsocket, R.I. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, North Smithfield, R.I. The Avery Memorial Funeral Home, 62 North St., Willimantic, was in charge of arrangments here.
