They had moved to Crawford Co by 1870 where they are listed as Wm Egleson (39, Eng), Martha (42, PA), and Grace (10), Dora (8) and John (6) all born in Ohio. They had two boarders living with them, who also worked in the woolen mill.

I Martha A. Eccleston of North Robinson Crawford County Ohio, make and publish this my last will and testament as follows.
I give to my daughter Mrs Grace E. Luke, my feather bed, one pair of pillows, one pair of pillow slips, one pair of sheete, one blanket, one comfort & one quilt.
I give to my daughter Mrs D.H. Burwell one loom and fixtures, and one safe. I direct that that my clothing shall be equally divided between my aforesaid daughters. I give and devise to my son John Eccleston one cupboard, one bureau, one extension table, one leaf table, one cooking stove, one small stove, one bed stead and bedding, four carpets, one wash stand, one large looking glass, one large rocker, one sewing machine, all my pictures, and all my real estate, the same being described as lot 32 and South part of lot 30 in North Robinson Crawford County Ohio, together with all other property of every kind and description not herein mentioned, provided however that my said son John shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, and I hereby charge the property willed & devised to my said son with all my debts & funeral expenses.
I nominate and appoint my son John Eccleston executor of this my last will and testament and request that an inventory and appraisment of my estate be omitted.

John Eccleston, Administrator of the estate of Martha A. Eccleston, on 28 June 1892, filed with the Probate Court an inventory of the personal estate of Martha A. Eccleston which totaled $49.45.
PETITION to sell real estate to pay debts: In the Probate Court of Crawford County Ohio. John Eccleston Executor of the last will and testament of Martha A. Railing (also known as Martha A. Eccleston and so named in said will Plaintiff vs Grace E. Luke, Dora Burwell, and George Railing Defendants. The plaintiff John Eccleston Executor of the last will and testament of Martha A. Railing (known and in said will named Martha A. Eccleston) says, that on the 18th day of May 1891 the said Martha A. Railing made her last will and testament that before her intermarriage with the defendant George Railing said Martha A. Railings name was Martha A. Eccleston, and in that name said testatrix held the legal title to the following real estate situate in the County of Crawford and State of Ohio to wit Lot Number (3) and (35 feet off of the south side of Lot No (2) in Eberts first addition to North Robinson in the County and State aforesaid, that on the date of the execution of said last will and testament said testatrix was the lawful wife of the defendant George Railing and that her said last will and testament was erroneously made and executed in the name of Martha A. Eccleston when it should have been made and executed in the name of Martha A. Railing, That in truth and in fact the said Martha A. Railing and the said Martha A. Eccleston in said last will named were then and all their lives one and the same person. The plaintiff says that he is the duly appointed and qualified Executor of the last will and testament of said Martha A. Railing (in said will named as Martha A. Eccleston) deceased that valid debts of said decedent amounting to more than one hundred and twelve dollars, have already been presented to your petitioner the plaintiff herein for payment that the cost of administration will amount to about $ -blank- that there is no personal property other than that set forth in the inventory heretofore returned and that all of said items of personal property were disposed of by the will of said decedent and have been delivered by the plaintiff to the legatees of said decedent as by said last will directed and that your petitioner has no personal property of any kind whatever out of which to pay any part of said indebtedness. The plaintiff Executor as aforesaid further _____ that said decedent before her said marriage to defendant George Railing was the owner of and had legal title to the following real estate situate in said County of Crawford and State of Ohio and known as being In Lot No three (3) and thirty five feet off of the south side of Lot No two in Ebberts first addition to North Robinson in the County and State aforesaid that after her marriage and at the time of her death she was still the owner of said premises. The said Martha A. Railing (known also as Martha A. Eccleston) died leaving George Railing her husband who is entitled to dower in said premises and the following named persons her heirs at law having the next estate of inheritance in said premises. Viz the plaintiff John Eccleston Grace E. Luke and Dora Burwell all residents of Crawford County Ohio. The plaintiff therefore prays that the said Grace E. Luke Dora Burwell and George Railing the defendant herein may be notified of the pendincy and prayer of this petition that the dower of said George Railing widower as aforesaid may be set off and assigned to him in said premises and that your petitioner may be authorized to sell said premises subject to said dower estate according to the Statute in such case made and provided. Follows is a Summons in Probate Court notifying George Railing that on 8 January 1894, John Eccleston filed his petition in Probate Court to obtain an order on 26 February 1894, for the sale of certain real estate therein mentioned
On 31 August 1895, Appraisers were appointed to appraise the real estate of Martha A. Railing (Eccleston)
On 5 September 1895, an appraisal was returned to the Probate Court, placing an appraised value on the real estate amounting to $ 250.00.
On 31 January 1898, An Administrators and Executors Journal Entry was ordered (Vol. 20 page 131) showing that the assets of the estate were $ 236.65 and that he is entitled to credits of $ 222.46 plus allowance of $ 14.19 as his legal compensation.

Halterman one of the subscribing witnesses to said will is a resident of Mansfield Richland County Ohio, and is not of the jurisdiction of the court. It is therefore ordered and decreed by the court that Robert McCrory of Mansfield Richland County Ohio be appointed Commissioner with the will annexed to take the deposition of said E. D. Halterman as witness aforesaid, and it is further ordered that said Robert McCrory be and is hereby duly authorized and empowered to take said deposition, and that he take and file the same in this court on or before the 3rd day of June 1892, and the further hearing of this cause is continued to the 3rd day of June at 2 oclock P.M.
Page 248: In Probate Court, Friday June 3rd 1892: In the matter of the last will and testament of Martha A. Eccleston deceased; This day this cause came in to be further heard and it now being shown to the satisfaction of the court that due notice of the filing of said will, and of the application to admit the same to probate and record in this court has been given to all the next of kin of the testatrix, resident of the State of Ohio pursuant to a former order of this court. Therefore on the 17th day of May A.D. 1892 came R. W. Johnston one of the subscribing witnesses to said will who being duly sworn testified to the due execution and attestation of said will, which testimony was reduced to writing, by him subscribed and filed with said will, and on this day Robert B. McCrory heretofore appointed commissioner in this case to take the deposition of E. D. Halterman a subscribing witness to said will filed in this court the deposition of said E. D. Halterman as witness aforesaid. Whereupon the court finds that the aforesaid instrument of writing is the last will and testament of said Martha A, Eccleston deceased. That the same was duly executed and attested, and that the said testatrix at the time of making, signing, and sealing said will was of full age of sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint. It is therefore by the court ordered that the said will be admitted to probate and that the same together with the testimony of the witnesses above named, as well as the proceedings had thereon, be entered of record in this court, and it appearing to the court that said decedent left George Railing her husband. it is ordered that he be cited and required to appear in person before this court within one year from the date of service of said citation and make his election whether he will take the provisions made for him in said will, or be endowed of the lands of his deceased consort, and take his distributative share of her personal estate pursuant to law. signed James C. Page 281: In Probate Court, Monday June 20 1892: In the matter of the last will and testament of Martha A. Eccleston deceased; Letters Testamentary upon the estate of Martha A. Eccleston late of Jackson Township Crawford County Ohio deceased are granted to John Eccleston the Executor named in the will of the decedent and herein ordered to give bond in the sum of two hundred dollars conditioned according to law. John Whittle and J. R. Eicher are accepted as sureties, and it appearing to the court that the personal property of said decedend will not exceed one hundred dollars in value, it is ordered that no inventory or appraisment be required. signed James C. Plaintiff. vs Grace E. Luke Dora Burwell and George Railing defendents. This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the petition, proofs and exhibits. the court find that the defendents Grace E. Luke and Dora Burwell have voluntarily entered their appearance in this case and that the defendent George Railing has been duly served with summons and that the parties in interest are all before the court. the court further find that the deceased Martha A. Eccleston and Martha A. Railing were one and the same person. And that as set forth in the petition. it is necessary to sell the real estate in the petition described to pay the debts of the said Martha A. Railing deceased. It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the court that the real estate described in the petition be appraised subject to the dower interest therein of the defendent George Railing who is entitled to dower by the oaths of P. S. Frank, M. R. Morrison and J. W. The Court after having carefully examined said return being satisfied that such sale has in all respects been legally made does hereby approve and confirm the same. DEED: DB 72 page 615 Dated 25 Jan 1896: Know all men by these presents that whereas on the __ day of _____ 189_ John Eccleston was duly appointed and qualified as executor of the Estate of Martha A. Railing deceased late of Crawford County Ohio by the Probate Court of said County; and afterwards, to wit, on the 8th day of January 1894, said John Eccleston filed his certain petition and then and thereby commenced an action in the Probate Court of Crawford County Ohio against Grace E. Luke, Dora Burwell, and George Railing, defendants and numbered on the Docket of said Court as Case No. ___ praying among other things for an order of sale of certain real estate therein mentioned and hereinafter described. And whereas, such proceedings were had in said, that on the 31st day of August 1895, said Court finding the allegations of the petition true, and that said Real Estate ought to be sold as prayed for in said petition, ordered that the same be appraised, and on the sixth day of September1895, said Court further ordered that said John Eccleston proceed according to law to sell the said Real Estate at public sale for not less than two thirds the appraised value thereof subject to dower estate of George Railing therein. And on the same day in pursuance of said order and judgment, an order of sale with said Real Estate therein described was issued out of said Court under the seal thereof, to the said John Eccleston as Executor as aforesaid, directed, commanding him to execute the said order, and of the same, together with his proceedings thereon, to make due return. And whereas said John Eccleston having caused said premises to be appraised and the report of such appraisment to be filed in said Probate Court, and having on the sixth day of January 1896, returned said order of sale to said Court as commanded, with his proceedings thereon stated in substance that in obedience to said order he duly advertised the real estate therein described for sale in four consecutive weeks before the day of sale, in the Crawford County Forum a newspaper printed and of general circulation in said Crawford County Ohio stating in said notice the time, place and terms of said sale. And on the 4th day of January 1896 he attended the sales on the premises and at the hour of 2 o'clock P. M. he offered said real estate hereinafter described for sale, when Peter Pfeifer bid to pay for the same the sum of one hundred and eighty dollars, which being the highest and best bid that was offered and being more than two thirds the appraised value of said premises he then and there sold the above to said Peter Pfeifer for that sum subject to the dower estate aforesaid And whereas, on the __ day of January 1896 the said Court having received the proceedings of the said John Eccleston aforesaid under said order of sale, and it offering to the Court that said sale was in all rights legally made that the same be approved and confirmed, and that said John Eccleston should execute and deliver a proper deed to the purchaser of the real estate so sold. All of which will more fully appear by the records of said Court, to which reference is here made. Now therefore I the said John Eccleston Executor of the estate of Martha Railing deceased aforesaid, by virtue of said judgment, order of sale, sale, and confirmation and of the statute in such cases made and provided, and of the powers vested in one and for and in consideration of the premises, and the sum of one hundred and eighty dollars ($ 180.00) paid, or secured to be paid to one by said Peter Pfeifer the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell and convey to the said Peter Pfeifer his heirs and assigns forever the following Real Estate situate in the County of Crawford in the State of Ohio and in the Village of North Robinson and Bounded and described as follows; to wit, known as being In Lot number Three (3) and thirty five (35) feet off of the south side of Lot number two (2) in Eberts first addition to North Robinson in the County and State aforesaid Subject to the dower estate aforesaid To have and to hold the said premises, with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said Peter Pfeifer his heirs and assigns forever, as fully and completely as the said _____ as such _____ by virtue of said judgment, order of sale, sale, sale and confirmation, and of the Statute made and provided for such cases, might or should sell and convey the same.
