He was born in 1780’s in PA, marr Anna Duly in Fayette Co in Sep 1802 and moved to Belmont Co OH, then to Stark Co, OH where he died Jun 1836.

Sarah (6 Apr 1806) married James Ross WELLS 14 Feb 1828,
William (3 Dec 1810) married Mary Elliot,
Thomas (18 Sep 1813) married Hannah Elliot and died circa 1845 in Stark County, OH.
