The most probable listing for him in 1910 is as a prisoner in the Columbus City Work House, age 24 and a runner.
Living in Mt Vernon and working for the Upham Gas Co in 1917, when he registered for the WWI Draft.
He then appears to be listed in a boarding house in Mt Vernon in 1920, working as a pipe liner (32, OH) in the gas fields.
