She married Duncan King Ferguson b. 1846 CAN d. 1922. Permelia Ferguson was living in Lyonsdale NY in 1880 and in Turin, NY at the time of her brothers death in 1929. Permelia and Duncan Ferguson had five children:

May 28, 1905 Kenwood, Oneida Co. NY; Ethel May (Devol) Imel (living); and George William Devol b. March 11, 1912.
William Fay Ferguson b. 14 Jun 1871, Penny Settlement, Lewis Co NY and d. January 1961, Springfield, Mass. He married Mary Smith b. March 1869 D. November 1923.
