Carol Sporer Warner November 26, 2009
Carol Sporer Warner, 62, of Venice, Fla., and formerly of Scranton and south New Jersey died Nov. 26. Her husband is Tom Sr. Born June 3, 1947, she was the daughter of Ruth Sporer, Scranton. Carol's smile would energize any room she entered, and in 15 minutes, she would turn any stranger into a friend. During her six-year battle with cancer, she showed us all how to make lemonade when life gives us lemons. Carol leaves a legacy of courage, strength and a passion to live each day to its fullest. Carol's luminous spirit will live forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her family says, "We thank you, Lord, for each day we were blessed to have this beautiful angel among us." Also surviving are a daughter, Debbie and husband, John Anderson, Tabernacle, N.J.; a son, Tom and wife, Andrea Warner, Medford, N.J.; two brothers, Dan Sporer, Haddon Twp., N.J.; and Paul Sporer, Moosic; and four grandchildren, Jake Marchesani, Karlee Rose Warner, Samantha Anderson and Tommy Warner in. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Dec. 1 in Venice. A memorial Mass was held Dec. 5 in Medford.
