Oldest of 10 children.
Lived in Farran's Point, Ontario and lost their home and general store when the Seaway went through in 1959. Some houses were moved back to new towns, others were burned (the case with them). They were resettled in a new house in Ingleside, Ontario in the mid 1950s.
Headstone located on north side of Maple Ridge Cemetery, about four rows back, facing sideways, several rows off of the second-last access road away from North Dundas High School.
