ROCK HILL - Judith Ann Garrison, 76, went to be with her Lord on March 13, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Philip and Marguerite Ochs and was born and raised in Ohio. She is survived by her husband, Walter H. Garrison of York, S.C., and their two sons, Walter (Steven) Garrison and James Phillip Garrison and his wife, Pam, all of York, S.C.; four grandchildren, Stephanie Wood of Charleston, S.C., Carole Garrison of Spartanburg, S.C., Zachary Garrison and Audrey Garrison of York, S.C.; and a sister, Mary C. Schumacher of Bloomington, Ind. She was a member of Tirzah ARP Church and a member of the senior group, Tirzahites at the church. She retired from DHEC, York County Health Department in 1996. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Tirzah ARP Church and burial will be at Tirzah ARP Cemetery.
