It appears that she has a twin brother Albert.
Following the death of James, the Nowlin family history says that she married John Sherrod Nowlin (her cousin) in 1895, and had a son Bryan Ward Nowlin who died young before John's death on 21 Sep 1905 in Clinton, AR.
They have not been located in the 1900 census.
On 10 Apr 1907 Allie was granted the 160 Acres in Searcy Co, Arkansas as the widow of John S. Nowlin, by the Harrison office of the U.S. General Land Office, based on the May 20, 1862: Original Homestead Entry.
In the 1910 Colorado census Allie is listed with her son Harvey as a widow.
By 1920 Allie (51, TX) was remarried to Mike Rigney, and had her granddaughter, Allie Redmon living with her.
