John was the 1st son, and married his cousin.
John, son of Henry Perrine, had land adjoining Hoffman's cemetery, at Englishtown, where he and his wife are buried.
The land is about eight miles from Matchaponix, in now Upper Freehold Township, near Perrineville. His old farm (in 1902) occupied by Peter F. and Stephen Perrine. He was a loyalist, a member and Vestryman of the Church of England (Episcopalian). His name is mentioned with Henry as contributing to the fund for the completion of St. Peter’s (Toponemus) Freehold, between 1736 and 1763.
His will in State House, Trenton, N.J. was signed April 19, 1779. He died the same year; was buried at Story-Hill Cemetery, west from Englishtown.
Children: John, Henry, died August 18, 1785; James, died about 1816; Daniel; Joseph, born 1733, died September 4, 1791, married Margaret McFarren; William, married. 1765, and had six children ; Margaret, married Wilson; Rebecca, married Joseph Store; Hannah, married William Dey; Annie, married James Abrams.
