WIFE OF COUNTY SURVEYOR DEAD
Mrs. Anna Maud Brown, wife of Ransom Brown, county surveyor, of North Topeka avenue, died at St. Francis hospital Sunday mornmg, in ill health for about a year. She was 47 years of age. Mrs Brown was born at Wheeling, W Va. in 1871. With her parents she came to Kansas in 18S6. She was married to Ransom Brown November 9, 1S93. The deceased was a member of the Eastern Star, Hypathia society and the St. Stephen's Episcopal church. She is survived by her hushand and two daughters, Anna and Frances, a student at Fairmount college. The funeral services will be held at the Gill Funeral Home, Tuesday afternoon, at 2 o'clock. The Rev. P. S. McConnelL rector of St. Stephen's church, will officiate. The interment will be made in Maple Grove cemetery.
