She married Evans (this is the proper spelling) Reede Davis (b. 22 Nov 1919 Toronto-8 Jun 2006). She crossed from Canada into New York on 7 Sep 1947 and 2 Sep 1948 where it said her husband was in Lowell, MA and that was her permanent residence. They are listed in the 1950 Lowell city directory and US census. They had two children: Anne, born in Mar 1950, and Lee, born in 1954.
Daughter Anne married Stephen McQueen around 1986; their son Christopher was born in 1988 and they lived in Toronto.
Son Lee Evans Davis married a lady named Barbara and they have two children: Robin born in 1982 and Drew born in 1985. Lived in West Vancouver and later returned to Kingston.

Elizabeth passed peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences Centre with loved ones at her side on Thursday, July 4, 2024, in her 103rd year.
Beloved mother of Anne McQueen (Stephen Bolter) and Lee Davis (Julie Urquhart). Loved grandmother to Chris McQueen, and Rob and Drew Davis. Great-grandmother to Benjamin, Juliette and Izzy. Predeceased by her loving husband Evans Davis and sister Shirley Allen.
Many thanks to her special PSW Sharlene Pettit and the many nurses and doctors in emergency and Kidd 10.
Cremation has been entrusted to James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON. There will be no service at this time. Donations in Elizabeth's name to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation – KGH or to St. James Anglican Church, Kingston, Ontario would be appreciated.

DAVIS, Evans Reade Lt., RCNVR Battle of the North Atlantic Longtime Member of St. James's Anglican Church Retired from DuPont
At St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital on Tuesday, June 6, 2006. Most beloved husband and best friend of 63 years to Elizabeth "Bett" Wells. Loving father of Anne McQueen (Stephen) of Toronto and Lee Evans Davis and his wife Barbara of West Vancouver, B.C. Proud grandfather of Rob Lee Evans Davis, Andrew Reade Davis and Christopher Evans McQueen. Dear brother of James Edward Davis and his wife Lois of Wilmont, Ontario and W.H. Davis of London, Ontario. Evans graduated from Upper Canada College in 1939, then joined the RCNVR in January of 1941, serving on the North Atlantic Convoy Run. Following his military service, he attended the University of Massachusetts, where he obtained his Bachelor's of Science in 1951.
Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui Chapel (1900 John Counter Boulevard) on Monday, June 12, 2006 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm., with the service to be held at 12:30 pm. The Reverend Timothy Vickery officiating. Interment Cataraqui Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Kingston Hospitals Joint Advancement Foundation (Palliative Care at St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital) or to St. James' Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family.
