Listed with his grandparents at age 12 in 1880 census.
In 1900 he is listed as a railroad trainman (32, NY) married 3 yrs to Bertha E. Wells (Sept 1871, NY).
He is listed as F. H. Dailey in 1910 as a house decorator (32, NY) with Bertha W. (39, NY) married 13 yrs, and daughter Marjorie F. (6, NY) as their surviving child of 2 children.
By 1920 they had added daughter Dorthy (7, NY) and he was working as a house painter, still in Syracuse.
In 1940 Frank (71) and Bertha W. (68) are still in Syracuse, with daughter Dorothy (28) working as a typist and grandchildren Barbara J. (12) and John R. (11) who last name is illegible, and something like Marshall.
He has no headstone in the Onondaga Valley cemetery.
