FHP identifies Indiana woman killed walking along SR 60
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY — The Indiana woman who was fatally struck by a vehicle driven by a woman from Plant City on Thursday night has been identified.
Following notification of the next of kin, the Florida Highway Patrol said Theresa A. Hupp, 67, of Columbus, Indiana, was killed as she was walking northbound across SR 60 and entered the path of a 2015 Ford SUV driven by Stephanie McDaniel of Plant City.
Alcohol was not a factor, according to the FHP news release.
