Swanton - Gayle A. Wells, 68, of Swanton, passed away on September 1, 2021, at McClure Miller Respite House. She was born on April 8, 1953, in Ogdensburg, NY.
She enjoyed writing books, family game nights, playing with her grandchildren and long chats with her father in-law.
Gayle is survived by her 4 children, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 3 brothers and father in-law. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a memorial at Stephen C. Gregory and Son, 472 Meadowland Drive, Suite 7, South Burlington, VT 05403, on Tuesday, September 7th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.

SWANTON - Robert L. Wells, of Swanton, was born in Ogdensburg, N.Y. on April 20, 1955, and passed away on April 9, 2012.
While living in New York, Robert worked 17 years for the railroad. In 1995 he moved to Vermont, where he worked for the Village of Essex Junction, Public Works Department for 13 years.
He is survived by his parents; wife; four children; and five grandchildren. A service will be held at The Kidder Memorial Home, 89 Grand Avenue, Swanton, at 10 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2012.
