William Carter, formerly of Kingston, PA, passed away on March 26, 2000 in Boynton Beach, FL where he had been living for ten years. A well known Dress manufacturer, he was active in the Northeast Apparel Association with the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. He was a veteran of WW II. He is survived by his son, Neil Carter, daughter Allison Carter; sisters Alice Zemler, Karen Dreyfuss, Evelyn Reles and Valarie Liebowitz and granddaughter Bowen Mullin.
Beth Israel Memorial Chapel - Services will be held on March 29, 2000.

Funeral services were held Feb. 27 at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, Delray Beach, Fla.
