Henry is the brother of Hyman Volper, who married Mildred’s sister, Jennie.
Henry first married Rose Fishkin in 1926 in Milwaukee.

Henry (30, RUS) and Rose (26, RUS) were living with her sister’s family and her mother Celia Fishkin (58, RUS) in 1930.
They were still in Milwaukee in 1940, with Henry (48, RUS), Rose (37, RUS) and her widowed mother Celia (66, RUS).
They must have divorced, as Rose lived the rest of her life in Milwaukee, and Henry was remarried to Mildred Schiller in 1948 in New York.
Listed were in Miami in 1955, and had moved back to Wooster, OH by 1965, where he was a junk dealer.
They apparently moved (or wintered) back to Miami, as that is where they were living in 1979, when Mildred passed away.
Henry handled Mildred’s estate after she died - as published in Jewish Floridian 8 Jun 1979.
