POOLEY
Myrtice Marie Pooley, 72, of 203 Morv Milton, died Sunday evening at a hospital. Mrs. Pooley was a native and lifelong resident of Santa Rosa County and a member of the Ferris Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, R.C. Pooley of Milton; a daughter, Vivian Stewart of Milton; a step-daughter, Josephine Dybowski of Milton; two sons, Jerry Braxson and Edd Braxson, both of Milton; two step-sons, Thomas Pooley of Chester, and Earl (Bud) Pooley of Winston-Salem, N.C.; four brothers, Lloyd Anderson of Pensocola, Birdie Anderson of Holley, Lonnie Anderson of Milton and Dean Anderson of Navarre; sister, Bonnie Broxson of Holley; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 4 P.m. Tuesday in the Lewis-Sowell Funeral Home chopel with the Rev. Joe Floyd and the Rev. John Watts officiating. Burial will be at the Milton Cemetery with Lewis-Sowell Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers will be Barney Lloyd Broxson, Victor Broxson, Clayton Broxson, LeRoy Wells.

Robert Charles Pooley, 78, 203 Mary St.. Milton, died Tuesday in a local hospital. Mr. Pooley, a lifelong resident of Santa Rosa County, was a retired civil service employee at Whiting Field and a member of the St. Mary's Episcopal Church. Survivors include a daughter, Josephine Dybowski of Milton; a step-daughter, Vivian Stewart of Milton; three sons, Thomas E. Pooley of Chester, Va., W.E. Pooley of Winston-Salem, N.C.. Jimmy Pooley of California; two step-sons, Jerry Broxson and Ed Broxson both of Milton; a brother, Clarence Pooley of Pensacola; a sister, Cleo Rogers of Pensacola; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Lewis- Sowell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. S.A. Kinnington officiating. Burial will be in Milton Cemetery with Lewis-Sowell directing. Active pallbearers will be Gerald Barnes, Archie Glover, Bubba Fisher, Ben Henry Pooley, Clayton White, L.L. McCombs, Alvin E. Hudson, and Don Raley.
