Sarah Rae McCollum, 78, passed away Saturday November 5, 2022. She was born January 7, 1944 in Yadkin County to the late Clay Thomas McCollum, Sr. and Ruby Speer Goss. Surviving are her children Tony Wells, Lisa Wells (Bill) Lovelace; grandchildren Stormy Miller, Ariel Miller; sister Peggy Hill; brothers Clay (Shirlene) McCollum, Jr., Billy (Grayson) Goss; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Saturday November 12, 2022 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. Graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM at Deep Creek Friends Church Cemetery by Rev. Stephen Evans. The family would like to say a very special thanks to the staff at Atrium Hospital for the loving care given to Ms. McCollum. Gentry Family Funeral Service Yadkinville is serving the McCollum family.
