Her maiden name is listed as Katrina Eblin on son George’s 1906 death certificate as reported by his brother or son; and as Catherine Bakemier on son Joseph’s 1907 death certificate - as supplied by his daughter Margaret; and
Listed in 1850 as age 36, and in 1860 as age 51. In 1865 she bought 1/4 Acre from Geo Schwann and his wife Catherine for $600. There is no mention of her husband, and her name is recorded as Dink on the deed and subsequent 1869 transfers to her sons. In 1869 she deeded half her land to son Joseph for $400. The other half went to her son George for $1, with the provision that she be allowed to live there the rest of her life.

Misc. Notes
They immigrated to the US in 1846 aboard the Zurich from Le Havre, France. Joseph was listed as 32, with wife Catherine (36) and son Joseph (4).
1850 census looks like it may be spelled Drünk. He is 34, a carpenter from Germany - with no land. With him is his wife Catherine (36) and son Joseph (8). He was not even listed in the index that I could find. In 1858 he purchased a lot in Mechanicsville from Alonzo Bentley for $50. The description of the lot in the deed refers to the lot as being bounded on the south by land of Joseph Dink.
His 1860 census listing appears to be Joseph Drink or Drünk with an umlaut over the "u", which is why he was not indexed properly. He is listed as 49, a carpenter with $400 of land and $150 of property. His son, Joseph is listed as a Coal Handler born in Germany with the other children born in Penn. Based on the deed to his wife in 1865 and her deeds to their sons in 1869, I am assuming that he died before 1865.
