Roy B. Fenton, a lifelong resident of Tacoma, died Thursday. He was 82. Mr. Fenton was born and had lived in the Tacoma area most of his life. He was a retired self-employed painter. Survivors include his wife Rose; a son Ronald C. of Kent; a brother Harold of Tacoma; a grandchlid and two great-grandchildren. Piper Funeral Home is in charge.
