She was living with her mother and step-father, Sam Erow in the 1920 census before she married Carl Debolt. Sam Erow, her step-father, lived with Myrtle and Carl DeBolt after Belle died and did so until the time of his death (although his does not show in the 1930 census).
In 1930 Myrtle (31, OH) is married 8 yrs to Carl (38, OH) a farmer who was first married at age 29. With them is his daughter Madge I. (7, OH).
By 1940 they had moved to Zanesville where he is listed as Otis C. DeBolt (48, OH) a carpenter born in Marysville, with Myrtle (42, OH), daughter Madge (17, OH) born in Chesterville, and their son Keith (2, OH) born in Zanesville.
Myrtle died of coronary thrombosis / heart attack and pleurisy.
