He married Sarah Marvin (b. 8 Mar 1716 d. 1792, dau of Deacon Reynold Marvin & Martha Waterman of Lyme, CT) about 1742. He was a lawyer for the King and Justice of the Peace. Had palsy the last 20 years of his life.
