Listed as born in Scotland in 1920 census, which is possible, as her father was in Edinburgh in 1905. She is not listed with her parents in NY in 1930, but living in the Bronx, and then in New York in 1940 where she is living alone and working as a librarian after the death of her parents.
She then married Edgerton M. Hazard (1898-1978) on 25 Apr 1944 in Manhattan, NY at the Church of the Epiphany.
