Misc. Notes
Married to Terry Cecil (or Ciscel) born 1826 in Harrison Co, OH in 1848 in Knox Co, OH.
Listed after the record for his sister’s family in 1850. With Terry being shown as Perry in the 1850 and 1860 census records.
He is listed in the Jun 1863 Draft Registration for the Civil War with notes that he was Drafted and failed to respond, as he had 4 children at home by then.
(possibly for that reason) By 1870 they had moved from Tuscarawas county to Knox county, where they lived the rest of their lives.
He is entered incorrectly in the 1870 census (with his family) as David Miller (44, PA), the name of their youngest child.
Children: Ann/Amy (1849), John Benjamin (1851), Margaret J. (1853), George M. (1859), Francis (1861), David W. (1865)
