Listed as Noah (38, PA) head of household in 1940 with his older brother Harry (50, PA), both working as farmers.
He served in the Army as a Private from 19 Sep 1942 (enlisted in Greensburg, PA) thru 18 Feb 1943, with the 356 M. P. Escort.
He may have been discharged for health reasons, as his death certificate lists the cause of death as primary carcinoma of testicles with secondary metastasis to mediastinum and left kidney (testicular cancer). He lived in Grindstone R.D. at the time of his death and had been in the area his whole life.
His tombstone has WWII and Masonic symbols.
