Married Elizabeth and lived on a 157 Acre farm which he inherited from his father in Solebury Twp, Bucks Co, PA. He lived there until 1737 when he sold his land to John Rich and moved with his children John and Elizabeth to the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia where his son James was born.
