AGED WOMAN DIES
SHARON, Pa., April 20-Mrs. Anna Downs, aged 83, died this afternoon at the home of her niece, Mrs. Thomas McCune, in West Middlesex. She was born in Blair county, June 3, 1840, and had been a resident of Sharon for many years. She leaves one daughter, Miss Daisy Downs, principal of the Prospect Heights public school. She was a sister of the late John J. Spearman, president of the First National Bank.
