Misc. Notes
In 1850 she is listed as Elizabeth Dill (53, PA) head of household. Living with her are Aaron Dixon, a farmer (38) born in OH, and Elizabeth Dixon (13) b. OH. They are living next to Wm Hastings, husband of Sarah Cooper. She was listed as born in PA in 1860 census and on her death cert. The marriage record to Isaac lists her name as Elizabeth Dill.
In 1870 Isaac is listed as age 70, born in VA, a farmer with $4,000 of land and $250 property. Listed with him is his wife Elizabeth (72) and step granddaughter Elizabeth Dixon. Listed above them was Aaron & Maria Dixon (47) who appears to be Elizabeth's dau from a previous marriage.
In 1880 census Elizabeth is listed as head of household, with Elizabeth Dixon listed as her granddaughter. Below them is Aaron & Maria Dixon family again. Her death certificate says that she was widowed and died in Jackson Twp of old age at 86 yrs, 1 mo, 12 days. It also says that she was born in Penn. and that her father was George Deheart, which is consistent with the assumption that her first marriage was to a Mr. Dill and they had a daughter Maria (b. PA) as listed next to her in the 1870 and 1880 census.

Misc. Notes
His father's 1822 will mentions Isaac and several brothers and sisters. Isaac received 1/3 of two lots.
Noble Co History says "Isaac Cooper, a native of Virginia, settled in this (Beaver) township in 1824. He was born in the Shenandoah Valley in 1799. He died in Vinton County, Ohio in 1882. He was a substantial farmer and a worthy citizen. ... bringing his family and his household goods in a two wheeled cart drawn by two horses hitched tandem." According to the death certificates of his children, his first wife's name was Elizabeth Hastings. They must have married about 1820 and settled in Guernsey Co, where all of his children were born.
By 1830 they had a son and two daughters and were listed as: male: 1<5, 1=30-40 female: 1<5, 1=5-10, 1=30-40 his listing is mis-indexed in this census as Jessee Cooper. At the time he was listed on the tax roles as having 79 acres in section 15 ($100). They had 2 more sons before Isaac Newton was born 24 Oct 1835 (in Williamsburg, Guernsey Co, OH), and a daughter afterward.
In 1840 the family was in Beaver Twp, Guernsey Co and listed as : male: 2<5, 1=5-10, 1=10-15, 1=40-50 female: 1<5, 1=10-15, 1=15-20, 1=30-40 with a notation that one person was in agriculture, one in manufactures and trades, and one over 20 who cannot read/write. Between 1840 and 1850 they had their last two sons, Elizabeth apparently died, and the family moved to Vinton Co.
In 1850 the census showed the family as 5 males: Father (51) and son (14) were both Isaac Cooper, along with 3 other sons. He was a farmer ($1800) born in VA, sons in OH. The two older daughters had probably married by this time, and it appears the younger one, Elizabeth died in 1845 and is buried in Mt Olive Cem. He was married shortly thereafter to Elizabeth (DeHeart) Dill, who helped him raise the family and spent the rest their lives together.
In 1860 he was listed as age 61, born in VA, a farmer with $2,500 of land and $500 property. Listed with him was his wife, Elizabeth (63) born in PA, and a son, Francis R. Cooper (15), born in OH.
In 1870 he is listed as age 70, born in VA, a farmer with $4,000 of land and $250 property. Listed with him is his wife Elizabeth (72) and (her) grand-daughter Elizabeth Dixon. Listed above them was Aaron & Maria Dixon (47) who is Elizabeth's son-in-law from her previous marriage, and father of Elizabeth Dixon.
In 1880 census Elizabeth is listed as head of household, with grand-daughter Elizabeth. Isaac was entered on the page and then crossed out (since he had died), but shows his mother as being born in VA also. Below them is Aaron & Maria Dixon family again. His death certificate says he was a farmer born in Virginia, and died of old age at 80 yrs, 5 mos, 2 days.
