She married Thomas Gorman and served in the US Navy. At the time of his death in 1958 she was living in Washington, DC.

GORMAN - Clara B. Wells, 86, of 317 Broad Ave, Belle Vernon, died Friday, March 29, 1985 at 6:12 a.m. in the Horizon Nursing Home, Canonsburg. Friends will be received Sunday and Monday from noon to 9 p.m. in the Howard C. McCroy Funeral Home, Fayette City. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m. with the Rev. Robert W. Higginbotham, pastor of Bethel United Methodist Church in Lower Burrell, officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
She is buried next to her husband.
