She married James Stewart on 10 Aug 1831 in Henry Co, KY. Based on the birthplace of the children, it appears they moved from Kentucky to Indiana between 1841 and 1842. She is listed (36) with her husband and 8 children as well as her sister Sarah in the 1850 census for Clifty twp in Bartholomew Co, IN. She is listed as age 45 in the 1860 census, and her sister Margaret is living next to (or with) them. She is listed (56) with no husband and $3,500 land in the 1870 census with her children Mary A. (19), Geo D. (18), Lucy L. (14), Ella (12), and possibly another 12 year old son who is listed after Nancy Purvis (8).
She lived and died in the Burnsville neighborhood. Her tombstone shows her name as spelled Leutitia, died 22 May 1880.

James was the son of Asa Stewart and Judy Davis, who were married December 27, 1808 in Henry Co, KY. James was their first child, followed by Russell, Matilda, Lucy, William, Allen, Charles and Susan.
Asa Stewart was born in 1786 in Farquier County, VA. He was the son of John and Sarah Stewart.
John Stewart was born in Hamilton, Prince Wm. Co, VA in 1750 and he died in Henry Co, KY in 1826. John was the son of James Stewart born about 1710 in Farquier Co, VA.
James Stewart (his G grandfather) married Jane Allen daughter of Archibald and Elizabeth Allen in King George Co, VA in 1744. James died in Farquier Co, VA in 1781.
James Stewart, son of Asa and Judy Davis Stewart, died at age 54 yrs, 7 mos, 19 days.
His will was written on the day of his death and is recorded in Book “B” pgs 64-66 of the Record of Wills of Bartholomew County on 4 Dec 1863.
