Listed in Lincoln, NE in 1900 as Jake Yentes (Oct 1862, OH) a farmer age 37 and married 11 yrs. With him is his wife Emma (Dec 1870, IL) with 2 daughters and 3 sons still living of their 6 children.
Mis-indexed in 1910 as Jacob Yenlies, although it reads as Yentes in Eddyville, NE. He is listed as age 47, born in Ohio and doing well drilling. They were married 22 yrs and have 7 children, all living. With them are listed Charley (12), dau Rokie (10), Goldie (8), and Dollie L. (5)
