Misc. Notes
Daughter of Charles H. and Leota Decher.
Had been living in Fairview before her marriage. Witnesses to her marriage to Pearlie were her mother and Ralph Davison; and the minister was S. S. Davison - Church of God 7th Day.
Following their divorce in 1926, she apparently had custody of Virginia (until her death) and Pearlie had custody of Howard.
In District court papers 12 July 1927 concerning visitation rights, she was referred to as Lottie L. Reavis - formerly Wells. That apparently didn’t last long, as other court papers dated 26 Sept 1931 name her as Lottie L. Wells again, and gave her custody of her son Howard.
In 1928 she and daughter Virginia were living in Oklahoma City, where she learned secretarial skills and got a job at a large Bank. Virginia died shortly thereafter, probably in Oklahoma City.
She was married subsequently to Mr. Jasper Ola Levins (Mar 1894 - 13 Jul 1973), and they moved to Oregon where they lived the rest of their lives.
She died of diptheria.
