Listed with her in 1880, living next to the family of his sister Fanny as well as his parents.
They moved shortly thereafter to Indiana, where daughter Ava was born in Feb. 1883 and are listed in the 1900 census, married for 20 yrs.
They were later divorced, although he is listed as widowed in the 1910 census as Wesley Nicodemus (56, OH) in Lake, WI as a laborer.
Then listed there again in 1920 as Charles W. Nicodemus, living with the family of Roman Miller.
