Listed at age 7, with her parents in Richmondville, NY in 1850.
She was living in Williamsburg, Ontario with her parents, when she married James Levi Schwerdfeger in 1861.
She was then married to William Wilson a few years later.
In 1870 they are listed as Wiliam Wilson (30, CAN), Elizabeth (26, NY) with sons Cornelius (8, NY) and William (1, NY).
By the 1880 census, they added dau Hattie (9, NY) and James (7, NY)
She is listed as born April 1843 in the 1900 census, married 35 yrs, with 2 of her 6 children surviving.
Elizabeth (64, US) is listed in the 1905 New York state census with her husband William Wilson (66, CAN) and her sister, Angeline Casselman (77, US).
In 1910, they are listed as Elizabeth A. Wilson (63, NY) and William (68, CAN). It says her parents were born in New York, and the she was married 45 years, with 3 of her 5 children still living.
Her Chicago death record says she was born 20 April 1841 in Canada, and buried in Mt. Hope cemetery, although her headstone is in Madrid, NY.

A letter has been received here by parties on Caroline Street from Mrs. Harriet Grant stating that her mother, Mrs. William Wilson passed away in Chicago on Chirstmas Day and that the remains were placed in a vault and would be brought to Madrid in the spring for burial. The letter also stated that Mr. William Wilson was in feeble health, having had two shocks. Mr. and Mrs. William Wilson formerly lived in Madrid on Caroline Street.

The remains of Mrs. Elizabeth Wilson were brought here Wednesday from Chicago and interment made in the family plot in Madrid cemetery beside her son Clarence; who died several years ago. Mrs. Wilson died at her home in Chicago Christmas Day and the remains placed in the vault at Mt. Hope cemetery. Monday, April 21st, her daughter, Hattie, Mrs. Frank Grant, started east with her mother’s remains, arriving here Wednesday morning. Rev. Edwin T. Dalilberg the Baptist minister of Potsdam came over and officiated at the burial. Mrs. Nettie Wait, a niece of Norwood, was present besides a number of Mrs. Wilson’s Madrid friends. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Wilson were residents of Madrid for a number of years before their removal to Chicago a few years ago. While here, Mrs. Grant was the guest of Mrs. Jean Rutherford and Mr. and Mrs. John Delany, old friend of her parents when they lived here.
