Kept house for her parents until the spring of 1845, when she married David Coulson (1794–1863) on 20 Mar 1845 in Belmont Co, OH and moved 50 miles away to Columbiana County (OH).
Listed in 1850 census with her husband (55, PA) as age 45 and born in New York. Living with them was Tamer Young (11, OH) with no indication of how she may be related.
In 1860 she and David are listed with her brother John Chambers (65, IRE) and his daughter Eunice (11). There is also the family of Wm (28) and Laura (20) Dresler, a High School teacher, and their son John (2 mos) living with them.
In 1880 she is listed with her sister Abagail Way in Washington Co, OH.
