He is listed on the 1810 census for Butternuts, Otsego Co, NY as S. Chambers.

Hinshaws Quaker Genealogy, Vol II, shows that he got a transfer letter from Butternut Meeting, NY dated 4 May 1814, and from New Garden Meeting, OH on 13 Oct 1814, then was received by the Plainfield Meeting, OH on 28 Jan 1815.
By 1830 he was living in Belmont Co, OH. His listing showed:

He wrote a letter to James Kerr on 2 Feb 1833 providing details of his family and mentioned that his brother James had visited that winter. His son from the first marriage to Jane Beck, Thomas had 3 children and lived in Michigan, 100 miles north of Bellville OH on the other side of Lake Erie in 1833/1835.
He was granted citizenship in Belmont County in 1840. He was still in Goshen Twp in 1840, but most of his children were grown and his wife died that year, so his is listed with only himself (80-90), a girl (granddaughter?) 5-10, and two daughters 30-40.
He wrote again on 18 Sept 1844, with few details on his family. And a third letter of 27 Aug 1845 provided more details about the family shortly before his death.

Living in Tullygally when she married Samuel Chambers (also from Lurgan). After immigrating to the U.S. they lived in New York, and later, Goshen Twp, Belmont Co, Ohio.
In 1833:
Their son John had 3 children and lived 100 miles away (Richland Co, OH). Their son Robert had 1 child and lived near John; his wife was sick and not expected to live in 1833. Their son James had 3 children and lived on the family farm. Their dau Abagail married Benjamin Way. Daughter Elizabeth died young and the other 4 children (Deborah, Samuel, Mary and Margaret) were not yet married in 1833, although they were all married by 1845.
