Duane L. Jenkins
WINFIELD, Ill. -- Duane Leslie Jenkins, 77, Winfield, Ill., died Thursday, July 6, 2000, at Central DuPage Hospital of Winfield.
He was born Sept. 10, 1922, in Crosby to Leslie and Ora (Brookbank) Jenkins. He served in the Navy during World War II and was a retired truck driver for North American Van Lines.
Survivors include five sons, Thomas, Phoenix, Roland, Las Vegas, Gary, Lisle, Ill., Richard, Cleveland, and Robert, Wheaton, Ill.; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
His wife, Anita, died earlier.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Calvary Church of Naperville. Burial will be in Lisle Cemetery. Arrangements are with Christian Funeral Services of Woodridge, Ill.
