Listed as Esther Carter (22, POL) with her mother in 1930, working as a seamstress and applied for citizenship 23 Nov 1933.
Esther was married to Paul Goldstein in brother Philip’s home in 1939. They are listed in the 1940 census, with Esther (33, RUS) shown as naturalized and an operator in a children’s ware factory.
