Judith Carter, 82, passed away on Monday, February 20th, 2017. She is survived by her beloved husband Warren, her son Jeff and his wife Barbara and two loving grandchildren, Valerie and Lauren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 23nd, 2017 at 9:00AM at Bloomfield Cooper Jewish Chapels in Manalapan, NJ. Burial will follow at New Montefiore Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.

Warren is survived by his brother Harvey Carter; his son Jeff and his wife Barbara and his grandchildren Valerie, and Lauren.
A funeral service for Warren will be held Friday, April 29, 2022 at 9:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726. Following the funeral service will be an interment at 11:45 AM at New Montefiore Cemetery, Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY.
The family will be sitting Shiva at the Residence of Barbara and Jeff Carter, 10 Dunberry Drive, Freehold, NJ 07728 on Saturday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Warren’s memory to Friendship Circle of Central Jersey (www.friendsnj.com) or American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org)
