David Alan Lubeck was a generous and patient individual who loved his family foremost and who was passionate about changing the world. His guiding force always came from the heart.
David was born on October 12, 1954 in San Jose, CA to Mickey & Ray Lubeck. He graduated from Carmel High School Class of 1972. Dave then attained a degree in Electrical Engineering from Monterey Peninsula College. After moving back to Los Gatos, he began working for Caere Corporation as a Design Engineer in 1975. Twenty-five years later, Dave continued his engineering work with Scan Corporation. His second career as a handyman addressed his love for problem solving & helping people. David truly loved this type of work and did it for 10+ years. He enjoyed bicycle riding, sailing, working on Corvairs, camping, and reading "behind the Curtain" literature.
David Alan Lubeck died peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on January 14, 2018 in Los Gatos, CA at the age of 63.
